Oasis Midstream Partners LP (OMP): OMP shares were down 15% to $23.87 after the company said it has begun an underwritten public offering of about 3.6 million common units representing limited partnership interests. The partnership expects to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional about 543,000 common units.
