Microsoft Corp. on Monday announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.91 per share, reflecting an 8 cent or 10% increase over the previous quarter’s dividend. The dividend is payable Dec. 11, 2025, to shareholders of record on Nov. 20, 2025. The ex-dividend date will be Nov. 20, 2025.

In addition, the company announced the date for the 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting, to be held Dec. 5, 2025. Shareholders at the close of business on Sept. 30, 2025, the record date, will be entitled to vote their shares.
