On April 30, 2024, OneMain declared a quarterly dividend of $1.04 per share, a 4% increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividend is payable on May 17, 2024, to record holders of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on May 10, 2024. During the quarter, the Company repurchased approximately 109 thousand shares of common stock for $5 million.
